Sales Associate
    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • Attending to customers
  • Handle proper management of store inventory
  • Cashiering duties
  • Assist in customer enquiries
  • Keeping the store tidy and clean
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • At least 18 years of age, minimum ‘O’ level certificate
  • Experience in retail is a plus
  • Physically fit, Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Shift Period: 10 am to 7pm ; 1pm to 10pm (1 hour meal break)
  • Friendly and sociable
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player
  • Ability to speak fluently in English
  • Required to work 5 days a week for full time (at least one weekend and public holidays)
  • Required to work min. 3 days a week for part timer (at least one weekend)
Delivery Driver
    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • Ensure timely collection and delivery of Company products to customers
  • Adhere to weekly schedule to deliver products to retail outlets on topping up of inventory
  • To upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicle and send it for servicing when required
  • Support the execution of company errands requirements
  • Ensure al goods are picked, checked and packed as per order ticket for delivery to customers
  • Assist warehouse department on packing duties when available
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • 5.5 Days work week
  • Experience in furniture delivery is advantageous
  • At least 1 year of working experience as delivery driver
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical work required
  • Singapore Class 3 / 4 Driving License with 1 year driving experience
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Warehouse Assistant
    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • Responsible for daily warehouse duties and ensure smooth operations (eg. picking, packing and labelling)
  • Adhere to daily schedule on inbound receiving and outbound despatching activities on a timely manner
  • Ensure inventory items are well-organized, properly stored, handled and distributed
  • Receiving of incoming shipment, checking of goods condition before storage at warehouse
  • Ensure all goods are picked, checked and packed as per order ticket for delivery to customers
  • Perform inventory stock take at the end of the month
  • Ensure timely data entry updates of inventory into the system
  • Assist in driving duties in collecting and delivering products to store and customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft word and excel
  • Light physical work required
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • Active team player to complete team goals
Delivery Assistant
    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • To be aware of, and follow legislative, safety & company directives.
  • To work as part of a logistics team.
  • Verifying and loading of goods given by Warehouse department.
  • Unloading, delivering and verifying of goods being delivered to customers.
  • Ensure that returned goods by the customers are returned to the Warehouse department.
  • Assist Driver to install furniture when required
  • Assist to act as a lookout for Driver on roads that are difficult to manoeuvre / park.
  • Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft word and excel
  • Light physical work required
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • Active team player to complete team goals
Accountant
    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Responsible for invoice and payment processing
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow reports, and other reports
  • Responsible for month-end closing and yearly financial report of selected group entities
  • Responsible for intercompany invoicing in accordance with Group policies and for reconciliation of monthly transactions and balances
  • Consolidate the finance report for subsidiary company
  • Quarterly GST submission
  • Submission of PIC claims
  • Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents and banks
  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager for inventory procurement cross checking
  • Documenting financial transactions and recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
  • Assist in all other ad-hoc projects/events when assigned
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance-related educational qualification
  • Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
  • Meticulous, proactive, independent and good team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in accounting software Xero is an advantage
