Retail Store Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)
    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • Attending to customers
  • Handle proper management of store inventory
  • Cashiering duties
  • Assist in customer enquiries
  • Keeping the store tidy and clean
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • At least 18 years of age, minimum ‘O’ level certificate
  • Experience in retail is a plus
  • Physically fit, Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Shift Period: 10 am to 7pm ; 1pm to 10pm (1 hour meal break)
  • Friendly and sociable
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player

  • Required to work 5 days a week for full time (at least one weekend and public holidays)

Video Content Producer Intern

As a Video Producer Intern with IUIGA, you will be part of the content development team focusing on video content marketing. You will be on shoots, doing hands on assembly edits, and working on content ideas and development with the dream team from week one.

    What you would do in IUIGA:
  • You will learn what goes into all aspects of the content creation cycle - from ideation, pre-production and planning, working on set and assisting with camera operation and sound, hands on editing, to online distribution and more.
  • Assist and be part of the creation of all associated media from inception to completion.
    The ideal candidate should have / be:
  • Full of creative ideas and love to see projects through from start to finish.
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software knowledge.
  • An eye for detail on shoots and in edits to create relatable and shareable content
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
Copywriting Intern
    What you would do in IUIGA
  • Develop editorial content to support our digital marketing activities and other consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with our Digital Strategist.
  • Writing clear, persuasive copy for digital channels including web, EDM, social media channels.
  • Researching and keeping up to date with popular culture and trends.
    The ideal candidate should have / be
  • Portfolio showcasing samples of recent work.
  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into copy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas through any platform– verbal, written, email, social.
  • Experience in writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct.

Public Relations Executive

As a Public Relations Executive with IUIGA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping IUIGA throughout this exhilarating expansion phase. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in across all major platforms, primarily our e-commerce site and app, social media channels, events & activations.

    What you would do in IUIGA
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to formulate PR strategy to expose the IUIGA brand on both home & living/lifestyle and technology media and publications through key product launches and community initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent top of mind awareness of IUIGA via consistent pitches and product seeding to key media partners.
  • Craft and distribute all press related assets to secure outreach and features, including press releases, products / new line pitches and media stories.
  • Regularly identify and bring in new influencers / media correspondents contacts and work closely with content team to establish strong social media synergy.
  • Monitor progress, assure adherence, clip and archive all media clippings and keep IUIGA media databases updated.
  • Lead projects as assigned, such as special media events, seasonal media gifting, media trips and photo shoots etc.
  • Effectively manage media crises in collaboration with PR agency (if applicable).

  • Degree of any discipline with passion for Public Relations/ Communications.

Customer Success Officer

As a member of our customer success team, you will serve as our customers’ primary point of contact. Our CSO will serve customers by answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintain the accuracy of our database. You will own get to own customers issues, from start to finish and use your unique ability to think on your feet to deliver excellent customer service

    What you would do in IUIGA
  • Responds promptly to all incoming calls, emails and any other form of customer contact required within the agreed service level set by management.
  • Resolving general enquiries, questions and problems submitted by customers in an effective and timely manner, via inbound and outbound calls, online enquiries and other channels.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse team in order to handle all customer related issues.
  • Consistently remain customer focused throughout all interactions.
    The ideal candidate should have / be
  • Diploma holders.
  • Keen problem solvers with great learning attitude.
  • Self starters who are comfortable with taking the initiative.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates with E-commerce background (means knowing how to shop online!) or customer service experience preferred.

Creative Graphic Designer, UI / UX(Interns welcome too!)

As a Creative Graphic Designer with IUIGA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping IUIGA throughout this exhilarating expansion phase. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in flushing out visually engaging designs across all major platforms, primarily our e-commerce site and app, social media channels, events & activations.

    What you would do in IUIGA
  • You will work closely with an international development team to flush out awesome designs which drives the vision of our entire product proposition for our users and make sure our company’s aesthetic image serves its overall business strategy.
  • Develop compelling visual artwork based on sound design principle.
  • These designs include mock-ups, functional wireframes, product/site architecture, page flows and screen layouts with consideration given to user-centered design (UCD) processes.
  • In short, you will be tasked with designing addictive interfaces that a blind man can identify with and get hooked on. :)
    The ideal candidate should have / be
  • Proficient in Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience in brand design, promotion, advertising and graphic design company is preferred
  • Great sense of aesthetics, flexible in design style, full of creativity and passion.
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
  • Responsive web design experience is a bonus.
